![]() ![]() We hadn’t seen the menu yet, but not our 1st trip so it was fine. Barely had time to pull-up the menu (QR code) when the server came to ask about drinks and then proceeded to ask on appetizers. Service was polite, but rushed throughout. Restaurant was pretty thin on a Sunday night (no wait). Experience is mediocre to below average, and not even close to appropriate for the price point. Don't expect steamy hot food here.įood still decent (nothing spectacular, but yummy). PF Chang has gone down hill, it was my favorite spot in downtown, not anymore. We got no utensils after all dishes were laid on table, the flavor was not consistent as years ago, better taste at Panda Express for cheaper price. Too much food for a group of 6, no room to try sweet sour chicken and sea bass, but plum wine was the best of the night. Especially, Mongolian beef was served with raw green onions. Pepper steaks and Mongolian beef were salty, chewy and too dry, if you have no teeth then don't bother. Fried noodles had a oily taste, as they were months old.Ĭalamari was alright, crispy but salty but i loved the wasabi dipping sauce and fried noodles were months old due to oily taste. ![]() The dynamite shrimp were not that crispy, soggy in sauces.Ĭhicken wrap weren't that great as used to be years ago, less chicken with more onions and water chestnut, a bit salty. To the managers: please check your dish washer, water glasses were so poorly washed, we all felt slightly crusty outside of those glasses, there were some pieces of noodles at the bottom of glass. Other dishes do look just like glorified Chinese take out, the beef and broccoli, the Chang’s chicken, etc, don’t think I will ever order that but the lettuce wrap and Duck is a winner.□□ The meat is tender and flavorful and once assembled, I was a happy camper. It’s a big plate with pancakes, fixing, and decent amount of duck meat. It’s not necessary to die for but I definitely will come back just for that. The KungPao Brussels are also very yummy, but I really like the Peking Duck. I was pleasantly surprised that the food are actually pretty tasty! I really like the chicken lettuce wrap, granted it’s quite different from the authentic lettuce wrap I’m used to in Taiwan, but it’s very light and refreshing. A friend told me PF Chang has good Peking Duck, and since I don’t know any other place in SLC where I can get Peking Duck, PF Chang here we go. Yesterday was the Chinese New Year and I was really craving for Duck. So I have secretly despised PF Chang for a very long time, considering it just a glorified Chinese take out place to fool the none-Chinese people.
